9. Shipping & Returns
  • 9.1 Shipping times

    An estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page for each pre-order item, usually between 4-5 weeks.

    Shipping estimates cannot be guaranteed and should be taken as an indication only. We will update you with more accurate shipping times once production has started.

    Once shipped, items will be delivered within 1-5 working days depending on your location in the world.

  • 9.2 Shipment tracking

    You will receive a tracking number via email and / or text as soon as you parcel has been shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment via dhl.com

    If you need to change the address or give DHL specific details you can do so directly with them, once you have been sent your tracking number, or with us before then.

    Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. If the parcel is not deliverable on the first attempt, the courier will attempt to deliver it again two more times before being returned back to us.

  • 9.3 Import duties and taxes

    Shipping to Europe, United States and Japan is DDP (delivered duty paid) meaning that customers will not be expected to pay any additional costs.

    Shipping to all other countries is DDU (delivery duty unpaid) meaning that customers will have to pay any additional import taxes and charges required by their country at customs. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. If customs charges are refused at the point of delivery then Faeroes will be liable to pay these and will deduct the charges from your final refund when the item is returned to us.

  • 9.4 Returns policy

    Customers can cancel or return pre-ordered items at any point up to 28 days of accepting delivery to receive a full refund.

    Returns are free and should meet the following criteria:

    i.  Have been purchased directly from faeroes.co.uk. Items purchased through selected stockists should be returned through them in accordance with their own returns policy.

    ii.  Returned items should be in pristine condition with original tags and disposable seal in tact to be eligible for a full refund. Please do not remove the original tags when trying the item on.

    iii.  Returns should be sent within 28 days of receiving your item.

    In the unlikely event that your returned item does not meet these criteria then we will be in contact directly via email to arrange a solution. For more information please see our Terms of sale.

  • 9.5 How to return your item

    Once you have checked that you meet the returns criteria listed above, please use the following instructions to return your item:

    i.  Repackage your item in the original packaging taking care to fold the item along the natural creases and joins of the garment.

    ii.  Tape the package securely and, if returning from outside the UK, mark clearly as ‘Customer Return’ on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in additional customs duties that will be deducted from your refund.

    iii.  Email returns [at] faeroes.co.uk with your name and original order number so we can locate your order and send you a pre-paid return label.

    iv.  Print off the return label using the link in the return confirmation email and contact DHL to schedule collection of the package or drop it off at your local DHL service point.

    v.  We will email you to confirm that your refund has been made once your item has been received and checked. Please retain your postal receipt until you have received this confirmation from us.

    If you decide to return the product without using the free DHL label supplied by Faeroes, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. In this case we advise you to entrust the return shipping to a secure courier and retain the receipt as proof of shipping.

  • 9.6 Refunds

    You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your return and checked that all the criteria have been met.

    The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days to process, depending on your bank.
